McRitchie. This site contains recent news relating to corporate
governance, an extensive list of links, an annotated bibliography, and
variety of other information.

Hosted at San Diego State University, the Corporate Governance
Institute focuses on identifying "best practices" in all
aspects of corporate governance.
- Danish Corporate Governance
Network
The DCGN is an informal network of academics, government officials, and business representatives.
This site contains notices on conferences and has several papers
online. Some sections of the site are in Danish.

Institute
A non-profit research network that brings together scholars on corporate
governance; includes a review of their annual meeting and list of codes on corporate
governance from a variety of countries
