Annual Spring Research
Workshop, April 30, 1998

The purpose of the workshop is for the center's company sponsors and
faculty associates to (1) review and discuss on-going and completed research projects
supported by the faculty, (2) help set future research directions with the faculty, and
(3) identify ways of converting research on leadership and change into management
practice. It will also consider the challenges in moving research on leadership and change
into educational programs for developing leaders in the company and the classroom.
