Completing The Leadership Circle: Initiative on Self-Awareness

Speakers 

Michael Carol is a full time teacher of meditation. Before his studies as a teacher, Mr. Carol worked with various Wall Street investment banks, as Head of HR for Simon & Schuster and as a Vice President for Disney.

Theodore Hartley, CEO of RKO Studios, is active in the entertainment industry as an actor, director and executive. He has been a naval pilot, worked on the Wall Street as an M&A associate and later as a partner at a New York investment banking firm. He has also been the Executive Vice President of First Western Financial Corp., a large financial conglomerate. Mr. Hartley holds a MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.

Andrew Scheffer is a banker with the Private Client Services of Bank of America Securities and has also worked with Morgan Stanley. In addition to traditional work experience, he has trained extensively with Buddhist monks as a monk, assistant, and student. Mr. Scheffer holds an MBA degree from Wharton (WG’01).
