My Leadership Experience

Being involved in the Leadership office programs have been the highlight of my experiences at Wharton for two reasons. First, the Leadership programs create an environment that encourages students to focus on the development of themselves and their peers – it is an environment unparalleled elsewhere at Wharton. Second, I think the lessons I’ve learned about my own leadership style are some of the most important from any of the classes or programs I’ve participated in. I know with this self awareness, I will be a more successful employee post graduation.
