My Leadership Experience

Serving as a Lipman Fellow has substantially enhanced my experience as a first year graduate student at Penn. Studying several innovative, mission driven organizations and learning more broadly about the social sector through the philanthropic process as a whole has been a fascinating process that has further motivated me to pursue a career in this professional realm. Additionally, through intensive small group work and various training sessions, I was able to significantly increase my own leadership capacity while simultaneously developing life-long friendships.
