MGMT 610 SIMULATION HONOR CODE
The MGMT 610 course and Wharton Teamwork and Leadership Simulation are a communal effort. This completely unique academic experience, designed and authored by Wharton faculty for Wharton students, and has welcomed students to the Wharton MBA program for more than a decade. Complete confidentiality of the course and proprietary simulation content preserves the integrity of the experience for you and generations of students to come. To best serve our shared Wharton community, we put forward the expectations detailed below for all students in the 2021 course.
1. Confidentiality
I will treat all content as strictly confidential, and I will use it solely for the purpose of completing the course.
2. Possession
I will not make any copies (paper, written and/or electronic, including but not limited to photographs, screenshots, or screen “grabs”) or reproductions of any kind, in part or in whole, of any of the course content. Upon completion of the course, by September 1st, 2021, or by request of Wharton faculty for any reason, I will delete and destroy all Confidential Information in my possession at such time, including any of your personal notes reflecting Confidential Information or the Simulation generally.
3. Policies
I have read and understand that your participation in the Simulation is bound by the following University of Pennsylvania and/or Wharton policies and codes:

· UPenn Code of Academic Integrity
· Wharton School Graduate Division Code of Ethics
Breach of any of the above would constitute an ethics infraction, and result in disciplinary consequences.
