As an organizational psychologist, Adam Grant’s job is to think again about how we work, lead, and plan our careers and our lives. One of his guiding principles is to argue like he’s right but listen like he’s wrong.

In his new book Think Again, he explores how we can all improve at rethinking our assumptions, opening other people’s minds, and creating cultures of learning. The book highlights that we don't have to believe everything we think or internalize everything we feel. It's an invitation to let go of views that are no longer serving us well and prize mental flexibility over foolish consistency. In this event, he’ll elaborate on key ideas from the book and field your questions.
