This half-day Glassblowing workshop is designed to foster team-building and leadership in a high-stakes, artistic environment. Debriefing and scheduled reflection will provide participants with an opportunity to transfer the leadership lessons learned from the experience.
Activities and Risks
Students will be involved in the ‘hands on’ creation of a glass item. This will take place in both a team and individual setting.
Safety is always our first consideration. Professional Artists at East Falls Glassworks will assist in guiding this experience.
Training
The glassblowing venture is open to any Wharton undergraduate student with the desire to have a great time! No experience necessary.
Costs and Equipment
This workshop is free to all Wharton undergraduate students. Transportation, meals and instruction is included.
