Energy Leadership

Achieving Greater Success With More Ease

Join us as we explore what successful executives have come to understand the hard way – the true leverage in long-term and sustainable success is our ability to manage our own mind and the energy we project as we work with others and ourselves.

What are the 7 levels of Energy Leadership and how do we work with each of them to our advantage? How can we upgrade from a toxic, fear-based-must-succeed-at-all-costs energy source to a more expansive and renewable energy of flow and passion? Can we get to success while avoiding some of the pitfalls of stress, the inner critic, burnout and poor work/life balance that plagues so many high-achieving executives?

See how Elazar Aslan has taken his Wharton education to work with CEOs and senior management around the world to help them maximize their impact while creating more ease and joy in their lives.

This is not just a skill set for the future. If you struggle with procrastination, perfectionism, self-doubt and hyper-competitiveness or other obstacles that keep you from being at your best, then join the dialog. Learn some powerful applications such as Aligning Intentions and Empowered Responsibility that will help you get clarity as you sort through conflicting needs and confusing emotions that may arise from time to time.

Through the use of the Energy Leadership paradigm, exercises and demonstrations, you can see what it would entail to take your talents and skills to the next level and unleash your full potential.

This workshop is free to all Wharton undergraduate students. Applications to attend the Workshop will be reviewed on a rolling basis. If you have any questions, please email Amanda Zimmerman.
