Learning Team Experience

Through a variety of teamwork and leadership challenges, learning teams and cohorts form bonds that will serve as the foundation of their working relationships throughout the academic year.

Learning teams are immediately called to act and collaborate at the Retreat, creating a vision and team operating principles.

Learning teams are meant to be a laboratory in which to cultivate persuasive, rather than positional, leadership skills.  A diverse group of five or six students is randomly assigned to a team, and students learn to lead in a peer environment.
