Leadership Fellows

Leadership Fellows are charged with providing every first year student the opportunity to enhance their leadership potential through the development of practical tools and concrete strategies applicable in every area of their lives. They act as mentors for the incoming class.

second year MBAs who create an environment for both individual and team leadership development on a specific Leadership Venture through facilitating learning, mentoring participants, and providing logistical support.

MGMT 100 Teaching Assistants

MGMT 100 TAs are the teaching assistants for the mandatory undergraduate class MGMT 100: Leadership & Communication in Groups. The TAs help facilitate everything from class projects to designing and leading group discussions.

Nonprofit Board Fellows

Non-Profit Board Fellows are second year MBAs placed on boards of local non-profit organizations in order create a mutually beneficial experience for both the student and the nonprofit

Lipman Fellows

Lipman Fellows are recruited from various schools at Penn at the graduate level. During the year-long fellowship, students review applications, analyze data, present to the Prize Committee and design the conference and awards ceremony for finalist organizations
